Dear Mr. Mason,
This letter serves as confirmation that we have received and processed your $200 deposit for a group outing at a Charlotte Bobcats home game during the 2007-08 season. We can plan your specific game date as August when the NBA schedules are released.
We are excited to begin what will hopefully be an annual event between the Charlotte Bobcats and the G.A.M.E. Initiative. As we are currently planning our upcoming season, we will be able to confirm the specific details of the event a little later this summer. This will still occur well in advance of the game for planning purposes. We have great premium options for your sponsors in the form of our Royal Boxes, and the seating levels in the arena itself are phenomenal as there is literally not a bad seat in the house!
Thanks again for your interest in our organization and I look forward to the first of many events between our organizations on this worthwhile project. Thanks again, for your support of the Charlotte Bobcats.
Regards,
